You should check out the (excommunicated) Catholic philosopher Ivan Illich’s great book “Gender”. Actually from your beliefs I’m thinking you might already be familiar with him?
He was quite a famous figure in the 1970s and was been very influential in a lot of hippie-type circles on both the left and right (e.g. his thoughts in 'Unschooling Society' impacted the early homeschooling movement). He lost influence after the "Gender" book which was seen as taking on feminism.
